The first
CryptoPublic
Offering™

An IPO, rebuilt for the chain. The $Firmament Network™ CPO opens first on Solana: one public drop of $FIRM™, the token every Infinitum product settles through. No closed rounds, no back door. Just a list, and the people who got on it first.

CryptoPublicOffering™ (CPO)

Public by design.
Early by choice.

A CPO takes the structure of a public offering (one announced date, one public price, open to everyone at once) and settles it on-chain. The $Firmament Network™ CPO is the first, and it starts with the FundRaise on Solana.

01

Join the list

Reserve your place with an email and, if you like, your Solana address. Earlier spots hear first.

02

Get verified

Before the window opens, eligible participants confirm their wallet and complete the required checks.

03

The window opens

The CPO goes live on Solana at a single announced time. Everyone sees the same price, at the same moment.

04

$FIRM™ lands

Your $FIRM™ is delivered on Solana, straight into $FIRM Wallet™ or any Solana wallet you control.

Traditional IPO
  • Allocations go to institutions first
  • Settlement takes days
  • Market hours, one exchange
  • You hold a broker's record
  • Shares trade only where they're listed
Firmament CPO™
  • One public list, first come, first served
  • Settles on Solana in seconds
  • Open 24/7, worldwide where permitted
  • You hold the token in self-custody
  • Swap $FIRM™ for any token on Solana, Ethereum or Base

After the raise

Raised on Solana.
Home on Ethereum.

The CPO runs on Solana because a public drop needs speed, low fees and room for everyone at once. When the raise closes, $FIRM™ moves to the network it was designed for: issued on Ethereum as the nexus, with bridges to Base and back to Solana, so every product token settles through it.

CPO holders will be able to carry their $FIRM™ across in the migration. The exact ratio, timing and steps will be published before the CPO window opens, so you'll know the full path before you take part.

Token registry

One nexus.
Every product connected.

Every Infinitum product carries its own token, and every token pairs with $FIRM™, so value moves between products without leaving the network. $FIRM™ is the first to drop; the product tokens follow. None of it is locked in: $FIRM™ and every product token can be swapped for any token on Solana, Ethereum and Base.

REVshare

Use the product.
Earn from it.

Infinitum products earn when verified buyers license data that users chose to share. The people who contributed it get the majority of every licence, and they decide what leaves their device.

01

Use

Work, create or connect with any Infinitum product. Using it never obliges you to share anything.

02

Contribute

Opt in per product and per purpose. Private information is filtered on your device first, and withdrawing consent delists your data straight away.

03

We license

Infinitum refines consented data into licensable assets and sells access only to verified buyers, only for the uses you allowed.

04

Earn

Your share of each licence goes to your earnings balance, clears after a short hold, then pays out.

How you're paid today, and after launch. Earnings are tracked in US dollars and paid out by bank transfer once they clear a 7–14 day hold. When token settlement goes live, eligible earnings can be paid in each product's token, settled through $FIRM™ and delivered to $FIRM Wallet™, where you can hold them or swap to USDC. Refunded or disputed licences are reversed from earnings.

The network

The ledger under
every product.

$Firmament Network™ is the settlement and provenance layer for Infinitum. Products write to it, tokens settle through it, and organisations can run their own permissioned instance of it.

Settlement

One nexus

Every product token pairs with $FIRM™, so value moves between products without leaving the network.

Provenance

Attestations

Products anchor proofs of where data came from and who consented. Planned at $0.001 per attestation, with 10,000 free.

Private

Permissioned instances

A private Firmament ledger for organisations that need an audit trail off the public network.

Operators

Validators

Licensed validators run the network and the permissioned instances built on it.
